How Kibby helps people create successful partnerships at work and at home.
Co-Leader Coaching Any business leader knows that their working relationships with their key partners (cofounders, top employees, C-suite team) can make or break their company. 65% of all startups fail because of conflicts between cofounders. Common problems that destroy a company's success include:
Clashes in values and strategy
Confusion over roles and responsibilities
Communication issues
Different expectations for working style
Unequal contributions to the team
If you're struggling with any of these problems, Kibby and the Seon Health team will use evidence-based skills and custom digital tools to improve your leadership team dynamics. We call this approach "Co-Leader Coaching" or "Couples Therapy for Business Partners," but we focus on making sure you and your business partners work together collaboratively and effectively.
She will start with a 30 minute free consultation to discuss your goals and whether you're a good fit for their approach. Then she will assess the problems in your team and develop a personalized solution for you. Sessions can be individual or groups. She will mediate the hard conversations, offer feedback, deliver cognitive-behavioral therapy skills, and always have your back from day one.
Kibby will make sure that you will get what you want out of your business relationships, including strong alignment on vision and strategy, clear delegation of roles and responsibilities, and mutual empowerment.
