Online Yoga Classes with Kibby

Kibby has been teaching Vinyasa yoga since 2010 in New York, Berlin and Durham. Vinyasa is an active style of yoga that links movement with the breath. Kibby offers weekly online classes through Zoom:

  • Slow Flow Yoga: Wednesdays at 8:15pm EST. This class is great for beginners or anyone who needs a gentle recharge. It begins with a long warm up and strength exercises followed by a sequence of basic yoga poses, restorative yoga poses, and deep stretches. 
  • Vinyasa Yoga: Saturdays at 12pm EST. This class is appropriate for all levels of yogis as it is more vigorous than the Slow Flow class, but with modifications for different individual needs. It starts with a brief warm up, followed by several flowing sequences of standing and sitting poses, with backbends and deep stretches at the end. ​

Individual drop-in classes are $15, a 10 Class Pack is $130 (expires in 90 days from purchase). In line with my mission of increasing access to mental healthcare for underrepresented communities, 25% of proceeds are donated to The Asian Mental Health Collective and 25% are donated to The Loveland Foundation.

Click on the blue "Book Class Online" for the class you would like to take and you will sign up through the ClassFit software. If you don't see the date you're interested in, click on "Full Calendar" to find the date. Once you've signed up, you should receive an email with the Zoom link for that class.
